Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project execution for cross-border corporate structuring assignments. Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and draft tailored solutions.
- Provide full-process support for VIE (Variable Interest Entity) structure establishment and SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange) Circular 37 filings, including new registrations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Oversee legal structuring and compliance filings related to ODI (Outbound Direct Investment), ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Support senior management with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Finance, or a related field; CET-6 or equivalent level of English proficiency; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with offshore company incorporation, red-chip structuring, SAFE Circular 37, and ODI regulations is required.
- Strong multitasking and execution skills with proven project management experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in law firms or financial institutions (especially banks) is a plus.
