On 31 July, under the organisation of Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), a delegation from the Guangdong Bookkeeping Industry Association visited Hong Kong to participate in an exchange session with InvestHK and ENCOR Group. The discussions focused on cross-border professional services collaboration between Guangdong and Hong Kong, corporate internationalisation, wealth management, and Hong Kong’s business environment, while exploring how Hong Kong’s position as an international business hub can better support Mainland Chinese enterprises in their global expansion.

Established in 2020 under the registration of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Civil Affairs and the professional guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance, the Guangdong Bookkeeping Industry Association represents member firms across all 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province. Its members comprise a broad network of professional firms serving private enterprises and family businesses, with extensive experience in corporate taxation, compliance, governance, and wealth succession planning.
During the session, InvestHK shared updates on Hong Kong’s latest developments as an international financial centre and global business hub, highlighting the city’s unique advantages in regional headquarters establishment, cross-border investment, family office development, and wealth management. The presentation also covered the Hong Kong SAR Government’s ongoing initiatives to enhance the city’s business environment and support Mainland enterprises in expanding internationally.
ENCOR Group then delivered a presentation on the Group’s global development and integrated corporate services capabilities.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, ENCOR has continued to strengthen its global service network in recent years, with established operations across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, and Seychelles. The Group provides comprehensive one-stop corporate services covering corporate structuring, overseas company formation, ODI and cross-border compliance, tax and accounting, human resources, payroll, corporate secretarial services, trust, and wealth management.
Drawing on its extensive experience supporting Chinese enterprises in their international expansion, ENCOR shared practical insights into overseas investment structuring, cross-border compliance, regional headquarters planning, global operational management, and family wealth succession. The discussion also highlighted Hong Kong’s strategic role in connecting international capital, professional services, and global business resources.
Notably, this exchange marked ENCOR’s first joint reception of a Mainland professional association delegation with InvestHK since being officially listed in the InvestHK Service Providers Directory, further strengthening the collaboration between ENCOR and InvestHK in supporting international business development.
Recently, ENCOR was officially included in the InvestHK Service Providers Directory, becoming one of InvestHK’s recommended professional service providers. Leveraging this platform, ENCOR will continue to collaborate with international professional organisations to deliver higher-quality, internationally integrated corporate services for global investors and Mainland Chinese enterprises, while further reinforcing Hong Kong’s role as a bridge connecting China with the global market.
During the interactive discussion, representatives of the Association shared practical insights from serving a large number of private enterprises and high-net-worth clients across Guangdong Province. Both sides exchanged views on cross-border investment, wealth management, Hong Kong company operations, and family office development. Participants agreed that as more Chinese enterprises pursue international growth, demand for high-quality professional services continues to rise, creating significant opportunities for collaboration between professional service providers in Guangdong and Hong Kong.
Looking ahead, ENCOR will continue to leverage Hong Kong’s international platform and work closely with InvestHK and other strategic partners to integrate global resources, strengthen its cross-border professional service capabilities, and provide efficient, one-stop solutions for enterprises expanding overseas and international businesses entering China, supporting sustainable global growth for businesses worldwide.
