On May 7, 2025, Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (“BRETON”), a leading enterprise in the field of new energy technology, was successfully listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 1333.HK, marking a significant milestone in its corporate development. BRETON offered a total of 13 million shares globally at a price of HKD 18.0 per share, raising net proceeds of approximately HKD 147.8 million. The minimum trading lot is 200 shares. CICC and CMB International served as joint sponsors for the listing.
