Founded in 1996, CCC has developed longstanding relationships with private clients and entrepreneurs, supported by an international client base and cross-border advisory experience.
The firm has built particular strength in private client and cross-border advisory, including trust and wealth structuring, cross-border tax structuring and family office services, supported by its Hong Kong trust licence and cross-border network.
The acquisition enhances Encor’s capabilities in private client and fiduciary services, strengthening its ability to support clients on wealth structuring, succession planning and international expansion. The transaction represents a further step in Encor’s strategy to build a high-quality, integrated professional services platform across Asia through partnerships with founder-led firms.
