Hong Kong, [Monday, Jun 08 2026] — Encor Group (“Encor”), a leading corporate, trust, and fund services platform, today announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of SFM Corporate Services (“SFM”), an international company formation specialist with offices in Switzerland, Seychelles, Hong Kong and the UAE.
Founded in 2006, SFM supports entrepreneurs, investors and corporates with cross-border structuring and related corporate services, delivered through a model founded on expertise, responsiveness, and efficiency and focused on meeting local and international regulatory requirements.
Following completion, SFM will transition to the Encor brand and be incorporated into Encor’s global platform. The acquisition expands the group’s presence into Switzerland and Seychelles, strengthening Encor’s ability to support clients with international structuring and ongoing compliance needs.
