Ongoing Seychelles IBC Requirements

IBCs must maintain reliable accounting records that explain their transactions and enable their financial position to be determined with reasonable accuracy. The records must be maintained in accordance with the statutory requirements and made accessible to competent authorities through the company’s registered agent when required.
